The hotel was a great place for enjoying a nice area, very close to main square, Medina.

I appreciated staff and location, which were lovely...

Wi-Fi was rather slow, made me a little nervous.

The place is fairly clean, the room is exquisite, the staff is affable. Its location at walking distance from Medersa Ben Youssef College was fab.

The hotel is top-notch, I appreciated its exceptional staff and atmosphere. The venue is in a gorgeous area. There's a lot variety of restaurants to choose from, like Color Safra, located within 5 minutes walk or so. The easy check-in process too.

Extra comfortable and reasonably large room, I had a good stay. Personnel was willing to help and, of course, it was attentive. Outstanding service was provided too. There were a market and stores around the hotel.

unreal hotel, it has spacious rooms and so convenient location. all in all it's so clean place, they have amazingly comfortable beds. lots of options, decent food. found in a beautiful part of the town. thanks for an exceptional service, would recommend.

Room was air conditioning and location was pretty decent. Staff were impeccable and was willing to help to make our stay such wonderful. Spectacular service too.
